It's Prince Albert at a celebrity football match. You can find more pictures at www.news.at on the left side you will find "Leute" and then you have to click on "Fürstliche Dribblings beim Promi-Kickerl". Unfortunately this site is in German. There are also some pictures of other royals on this site, you have to klick through.
