What a very lovely picture of them, such a handsome couple, so in love it seems. I love the way they are taking care of showing the people of their country how much they care about their homeland....more so then.........
 
I think that the interview in P de V was much too short, after seeing them on the cover I expected more !
 
She is not his "future" wife, she is his wife already in legal terms.

This is a fantastic splash of an article. It serves only to grow knowledge and awareness of the Romanian monarchy amongst people who have only lived under the republic and the clouds of the communist dictatorship. I think the human story of this charming couple lends only to the colourful history of this fascinating family.

Nicolae and Alina-Maria have visited the Lucia Condrea Painted Eggs Museum in Moldovița some days ago.

Former prince Nicolae returned to Bucovina, this time accompanied by his wife Alina Binder. They visited the Lucia Condrea Museum in Moldovița. Mayor Traian Iliesi met them according to the tradition. Two Romanian cinematographers and young directors from several countries were also at the delegation. Before leaving the museum, the former prince signed the Book of Honor.
Lucia Condrea hosted the visit and says: "It is an honor for me and the whole family to have such important guests. We're proud to show what we have to His Royal Highness Prince Nicolae together with his wife Alina de Roumanie, the two ladies of Romanian cinema, actress Ileana Popovici and film critic Irina Margareta Nistor as well as young directors from film schools in Israel, Hungary and Romania, visiting the Lucia Condrea Eggs Museum."

Photos of Nicolae and Alina-Maria by David Nivière, photographed on 4-6th August in Bucharest and Sinaia. Some of these photos are being used at the Point de Vue interview. The photos have been taken among other things at the church they are going to be wed, at the Casino where they have their wedding party and in front of the Peleș Castle.

Nicolae and Alina-Maria were yesterday at Sinaia Forever Festival, they listened to the concert of famous romanian pan flute musician Gheorghe Zamfir. The Sinaia Forever Festival is organized on 14-16th September.

Former Prince Nicolae and his wife, Alina Binder, were among the guests of the Sinaia Forever Festival this weekend. The two visited the exhibitors' stands and tasted the goodies. They were surrounded by admirers, and lingered for hours in talks with people.

Nicolae attended on 18th September at an event where Sinaia and Cascais in Portugal signed documents of cooperation.
Vlad Oprea - Mayor of Sinaia and Carlos Carreiras - Mayor of Cascais signed today, September 18. 2018 act of twinning the two towns. The event was attended by HE Dr. Fernando Teles Fazendeiro - Portuguese Ambassador in Bucharest, Maria do Céu Garcia - Deputy Mayor of Cascais, Nicolae al Romaniei and local councilors. The greement will contribute to strengthening cooperation between the two cities, in areas of interest - culture, sports, environmental protection, tourism, urban and local development, local government and education.

On September 21, Nicolae and Alina-Maria attended an event organized by the charitable organization Hospice Casa Sperantei, the opening ceremony of the first social and medical center in Romania dedicated solely to children with incurable diseases and their families. Yes, but that will be normal wedding-stress related, I suppose. He is a goodlooking gentleman. On the latest pictures he is not so clean-shaven and a bit tired. He looks way better than in his teenage years: the boyish puppy look has gone.

Simona Halep is 1st at WTA tennis rankings in singles. Uanderful is owned by Liviu Popescu, godfather at Nicolae and Alina-Maria's religious wedding.

Sulina is a town and free port in Tulcea County, Romania, at the mouth of the Sulina branch of the Danube. It is the easternmost point of Romania.

The second edition of the IACB 2018 International Conference will be held this year at the Rin Grand Hotel from 19 to 21 October. At the opening of the event will atttend Nicolae al Romaniei with his wife, Alina-Maria.

On 5th October Nicolae and Alina-Maria visited the exhibition of their friend, artist Eduard Mircea Uzunov, the exhibition is called Mircea Roman - Fatuitorul de suflete. At the same time was celebrated also Uzunov's 50th birthday.

Nicolae was the special guest and gave one of the opening speeches at International Autism Conference Bucharest IACB 2018 on Friday. Alina-Maria attended with him.

Nicolae al României is the grandson of King Mihai al României. Nicolae followed his family's steps and came to Romania in 2012 to continue the mission of his predecessors. Since 2012 he has been working in the educational, social and cultural environment by organizing and patronizing various initiatives and projects.
In 2013, he set up a charity in collaboration with one of the major publishers in Bucharest to help children and young people in Romania by donating books and setting up reading clubs focusing on art, sports, theater and debates.
In 2015 he traveled through Romania on bicycle with the purpose of donating books, encouraging sports activities and promoting a new vision in youth education. He is recognized for his involvement in protecting and promoting the environment and for volunteering - especially for children with disabilities, autism and down syndrome.
He started working with Romanian entrepreneurs, who were at the beginning to help them promote themselves nationally and internationally, also encouraging them to pass on the knowledge and experience of the future Romanian young people.
Protection of the environment is one of Nicolae's most important concerns. In this respect, it continues to promote the importance of environmental education, while at the same time adopting a "personal example" position in Romanian society.

At the end of last week I attended the International Autism Conference. Not being a specialist, I chose to speak from the experience I had with these children and some personal conclusions.
"When I first found myself at the Fundației Alpha Transilvană Foundation's door, I was nervous, anxious, a little scared, and I did not know what to expect. My mind changed very quickly after I started working with a beautiful little girl Mara, and Mara taught me more than I taught her. It took some time, because we had to build trust, but once we crossed this barrier, she started expressing herself, not verbally, but physically and emotionally, it was an incredible communication. When she accepted to take my hand when we were going to the zoo or the forest, she showed me leaves and mushrooms. She helped me to see and perceive the surrounding world with totally different senses. I remember when the child pushed me on bowling and realized that she really did not want to hurt me but to communicate with me, to play. Choosing to remain under the umbrella of that experience I had met Mara and the other children.
I am not an expert, but a simple man who thinks we can improve the lives of the 200,000 Romanians affected by autism. With small but secure steps, together, becoming a growing community.
I confess that I don't know any special details about this disorder, but I relate with children and adults with features of the autistic spectrum. This fact made me think seriously, and I wanted to get involved and help as much as I can, although these people are often much stronger than us.
