Turkish Delight, the pictures you posted of Sheikh Mohammed and his delegates are very nice.


Sheikh Mohammed really takes good care of himself. For a man who is near 60 years old, he never looks tired. He has so much energy and always looks fresh.

Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid al-Maktoum (C), ruler of Dubai, stands on April 24, 2008 in Dubai with the children and wife of late Iraqi Journalists' Union chief Shihab al-Timimi, who died of a heart attack just days after being wounded in a drive-by shooting in Baghdad in February 2008. The family of al-Tamimi received an award at the end of a two-day Arab Media Forum, as a recognition for the work of the man, who had headed the journalists' union since the overthrow of Saddam Hussein's regime in 2003.

I would appreciate it very much if you could share some more details on your brief encounter with Sh Mo. :D
Things like... What was the exact time and place? Was he on his own? What did he wear? Was he in a hurry? Did he look relaxed? etc..

Hi,

well i saw him a few saturdays ago now. he walked towards me on Sloane street. Kindof wierd as I was hoping to bump into one of his sons! It was hardly appropriate to ask HH about Maktoum though.

He looked smaller than i thought he was, he was chatting to another male and had security and about 10 people in total with him.
