before it has said it gonna happned during this or that year....

The question is what?
One of his children getting married is a good guess... but maybe he is about to tell something completely else... like he wants to abdicate or something- but honestly I dont think so... (but if he is about to abdicate that means Victoria is free to marry the man she loves without asking the King...)

The Finnish press (which usually is slow on things like this) is also reporting about the rumors as well. Is it one o'clock swedish time that things should be clear?

I'm not sure if I'm hoping for something to happen or not. I kinda wish they would marry and on the other hand I wish Victoria would choose someone else. Funny thing, my husband said the other day "I wonder if Victoria will marry soon... since the economical situation is so gloomy, they could have a smaller wedding than otherwise, and with a good reason!" Maybe he's right!

It starts at 13.00 and there is other stuff going on to - the government is about to inform the King about future things BUT according to the news at radio (SR) the Queen and the Crown Princess is going to be present at the konsilj - normally its just the King....
