I wonder, too, re: work on her face....but her mother is still striking as was her father....perhaps it's great genes. She also was a big follower of a lady who wrote a book on "face-ercizing" or something like that. It naturally tones muscles....so perhaps that's it. Her lips seemed to be doing the collagen thing for awhile.....that seemed like the work of a plastic surgeon.
These photos are from Architectural Digest when they visited KH and QN's home in Aqaba in 1988. I understand it is since been redecorated but it was lovely as QN tried to mix colors of sun and sea....and redesigned entrance in traditional welcoming arch.
