Queen Sofia to attend the nobel ceremony in Oslo.

Queen Sofia has been invited by Yunus and will come to Norway to attend the Nobel ceremony in City Hall on the 10 of December.

When the nobel Comitee heared they also invited her and the King and Queen to the Nobel banquet which the royals has never attended before. Later the Spanish court said the Queen would only attend the ceremony, but then the Norwegian King and Queen was already invited to the banquet and they have accepted to be there.
The head of the Nobel comitee says the reason the royals has not been invited to this banquet is that they want it to be more relaxed than the ceremony in Sweden but it was time for a new tradition
Also outgoing President of mexicos Vincente Fox is comming to the ceremony

Dear Lula, let me say that the famous and traditional pottery figures are called "caganers" not caganets.

You can write to the photographer or to the agency say it to them, because alone I have copied what they wrote...

Thanks for that link BeatrixFan. We don't hear the Queen speak English very often. Her accent is more Greek would you say? Or I've heard that people think she sounds German :ermm:

I'd say her accent is definately Greek. I can't really hear any German in her voice.
