I have to say two things about this pic:
1. have you seen Cristina's body? it's awesome for a woman in her 40's with 4 kids!:eek::p
2. It seems like the Urdangarín babies love to be barefooted: I've seen pics of Juan and Miguel without shoes and now it seems like Irene is following the tradition!:D

Splendid pics! Oh dear, such a big girl, it seems to me like it was yesterday when she was born...:eek:

White must be Cristina's color right now. :)

Irene is adorable with her bare feet and little hat. It's nice that Irene gets some time alone with Mommy. It really must get noisy with three older brothers all the time!

The Duchess of Palm has traveled to the American university like director of the social area of the Foundation the Caixa.

Infanta Cristina has attended a conference in the University of Harvard (Massachusetts) in which have participated expert worldwide in the phenomenon of the
emigration. The Duchess of Palm has gone to the appointment as her director of the social area of the Fundació the Caixa, taking into account that between the objectives of that department is the aid to the emigrants without resources, her social insertion and also the different alternatives that the return of many from them to its countries of origin raises.

Cristina participated like ponente in one of the sessions of the Conference on Diaspora Philanthropy an Global Equity (conference for filantropía in the diáspora and the global equality) that distributed in the University of Harvard the last week. This academic center, in which it forms the elite of the businesses and the companies, also has its small heart and, like the Superior School of Administration and Direction of Companies (Esade), of Barcelona, comprises of the Network of Knowledge of Social Companies. As much Esade as Harvard uses their experience in the formation of company directors to make programs of management of nongovernmental organizations.

The Foundation the Caixa and Esade have been organizing for years courses directed to people who work in ONG, in which in addition to the pure management of the resources other factors like the social and political surroundings are analyzed. Many of the nongovernmental organizations of the world work with emigrants immigrants. Country in the world does not exist as much that is not affected by the problem, if receives emigrants as if it generates them. In the conference in which it has participated infant Cristina in Harvard the different stages are had mainly boarded by which it crosses the emigrant. Ever since it sends money to his family until a house or a business in its country is bought and returns. The experts who have spoken in Harvard have detected a phenomenon that agrees to canalize: the one of the emigrants who do not return to their country but which they wish, thanks to the improvement in its economic situation, to help to the development of this one implying in organizations and projects of cooperation.
