When will we see him in full Uniform ,Skydragon? At Trooping maybe in June? Thanks in advance wonder what his first Medal will be he already has the Golden Jubilee one :) sorry if these seem like silly questions:)

We won't see him in the uniform with the Curiasse, unless he has trained to wear those awful boots and ride whilst wearing the Albert Helmet, in private! :D I would think he will appear at the trooping, in his No.1 best dress uniform but, not as part of it

Skydragon, have you read about Special Reconnaissance Regiment fromed April of 2005? Are there requirements for entry the Same as the SAS? Do you think that join the SRR? just wondering. thank you

I doubt he would be accepted, even if he did volunteer. It took over from the Army Intelligence unit (an oxymoron if ever there was one!).

I don't think Harry could go anywhere covertly, which is another reason he would not, IMO, be acceptable to the SAS!.

There is a little about it here.

He looks so handsome jogging.... ;) :p

Love the Avatar soCal girl. :) how long is it till Trooping the Colour and how likely is it that Henry will be there

I think we have a month until the tropping of the colour. Most of the members of the family go to it so its very likely that Harry will be there.

They will be training him to gather intelligence, on foot and from his vehicle, he will be trained to drive and maintain the Scimitar (which has specialist observation equipment and a 30mm cannon). The Striker anti-tank guided weapons vehicle and all the weapons that will be available to him as a junior officer in the HC. They normally also have to learn how to drive and maintain a Challenger tank, and some basic signals training, gunnery and tactics.

I bet he is having a great time! :D

more pics from Getty. Prince Seiso of Lesotho was there.

that girl in pics 1, 7 and 9 looks familiar. Is she a former girlfriend?

Read from another website that Prince William couldn't do the polo over the weekend because Sandhurst officals wouldn't give him the time off. That must have been hard on him. He likes to play polo.:)

I Think its good For William that he didnt get to go (He will benifit in the long run )

It's good that he is not treated any differently from the other trainee officers. He has a lifetime of being surrounded by 'yes' men ahead of him!!

Partying Prince and pals pop in to Toko
By Daily Echo reporter

PRINCE Harry drank vodka and danced the night away at Bournemouth bar Toko as he took a break from army training on Thursday.

The party prince, currently based at Bovington, dropped in at the St Peter's Road venue twice and stayed for more than three hours in total.
His group of around 15 were given the VIP area of the bar and ordered vodka and Red Bull as they danced at the student Retox' night.

Jim Beedham, operations manager for Future 3000, owners of Toko, said: "It's fantastic that Harry is coming into Bournemouth and using the venue.....

According to the write up, this is a picture of Harry training for Trooping the Colour on May 16th 2006. He is in riding boots and they are regulation Army Jodphurs, so he might well be playing a bigger part than would normally be expected. I have to admit to being puzzled though, as the first rehearsal (the Majors review) takes place 2 weeks before, the second rehearsal (the Colonels review) takes place 1 week before and I am pretty sure Harry has been in neither. The picture is from wireimage.

I'm so proud of Harry, he has grown up so much since Eton College.

what will His Uniform look like can anyone give me an example

I still say that it is unlikely he will be in full ceremonial uniform as he is in a different regiment.

It is the mounted regiments unique privilege to provide mounted and some dismounted ceremonial duties on State and Royal occasions.

I agree. People need to give them a break. Ok, so maybe it wasn't the best idea to go clubbing 'till all hours of the morning before a huge event such as this, but people make mistakes. all this, if the headlines are true.

Prince Harry, who is training to be a Troop leader in the Blues and Royals, will ride in the first barouche - an 18th century landau finished in royal Claret formerly used by the Queen Mother.
He is set to be wearing military dress at the Parade for the first time.
The 21-year-old, known as Cornet Wales, will be dressed in the Blues and Royals' No 1 (blues) uniform.
He will also wear the Jubilee medal given to him by his grandmother the Queen during the Golden Jubilee. Harry will ride in the carriage with his uncle the Duke of York and cousins Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.
He will not be marching or riding on horseback. He will in unifrom.
