Court Circular 3rd February:
Divine Service was held in the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul, West Newton, this morning.

The Queen presented prizes for children's Church attendance.

Her Majesty presented The Queen's Gold Medal for Academic Excellence at King Edward VII Academy, King's Lynn, to Cornel Micu who was introduced into Her Majesty's presence by Mr. Christopher Teanby, the Assistant Principal.
 
She's staying longer in Norfolk this year it looks like. Perhaps due to the accident Philip had and having to be close until its resolved? Or, she's taking advantage of being 92 and extending her down times. She's the Queen wherever she is though. :D
 
:previous: No, this is around the time she usually returns. The last 2 years it has been on the 7th, but she has left a few days later before. I expect she is returning back soon.

Court Circular 13th February:
His Excellency Mr. Milton Inniss was received in audience by The Queen today upon his appointment as High Commissioner for Barbados in London.
Mr. R. Greaves was also received by Her Majesty.

The Hon. Vicki O'Halloran was received in audience by The Queen upon her appointment as Administrator of the Northern Territory, Australia.
Mr. Craig O'Halloran was also received by Her Majesty.

The Queen held a Council at 5.30 p.m..
There were present: the Rt. Hon. Andrea Leadsom MP (Lord President), the Rt. Hon. Gregory Clark MP (Secretary of State, Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy), the Rt. Hon. Damian Hinds MP (Secretary of State, Department for Education) and the Rt. Hon. Jeremy Wright MP (Secretary of State, Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport).
Mr. Philip Dunne MP, Sir Roger Gale MP, the Rt. Hon. Christopher Pincher MP, the Rt. Hon. Mark Tami MP and Sir Edward Leigh MP were sworn in as members of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.
Mr. Mark Drakeford AM (First Minister of Wales) made affirmation as a member of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council.
Mr. Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

The Rt. Hon. Andrea Leadsom MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council.

The Rt. Hon. Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.

Court Circular 14th February:
The Queen this morning visited Watergate House, York Buildings, London WC2, (the first home of the Government Code and Cypher School) to mark the Centenary of Government Communications Headquarters and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa) and the Director (Mr. Jeremy Fleming).

Her Majesty toured the building, escorted by the Director, meeting members of staff, those with connections to Bletchley Park, long-serving members of staff and apprentices, and viewed historical material from 1919 to the present day.

Court Circular 19th February:
His Excellency Mr. Fred Arruda was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Federative Republic of Brazil to the Court of St. James's.
Mrs. Lenice de Almeida Nobrega Arruda was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr. Isselkou Ahmed Izid Bin Neye was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Islamic Republic of Mauritania to the Court of St. James's.
Mrs. Mariem Sidi Bouna was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir Simon McDonald (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

Admiral of the Fleet the Lord Boyce was received by The Queen this afternoon upon relinquishing his appointment as King of Arms of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath and delivered up to Her Majesty the Insignia of Office.

Air Chief Marshal Sir Stephen Dalton was received by The Queen upon his appointment as King of Arms of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath when Her Majesty handed to him the Insignia of Office.

Court Circular 20th February:
Her Excellency Ms. Manisha Gunasekara was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of her predecessor and her own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner from the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka in London.

His Excellency Mr. Tamba Lamina was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner from the Republic of Sierra Leone in London.
Mrs. Lamina was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir Simon McDonald (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

Sister Dorothy Mawdsley was received by The Queen when Her Majesty invested her with the Insignia of a Member of the Royal Victorian Order.

Today, February 22, Queen Elizabeth as Patron attended a service at the Guards' Chapel, Wellington Barracks, to celebrate the Centenary of the granting by King George V of the prefix 'Royal' to the Army Chaplains' Department:

The Queen received the Baroness Scotland of Asthal (Commonwealth Secretary-General) today.

The Baroness Barran was received by The Queen upon her appointment as a Baroness in Waiting to Her Majesty.

The following were received in audience by The Queen and kissed hands upon their appointment as Her Majesty's Ambassadors: Mrs. Rachel Galloway (the Republic of North Macedonia), Mr. Christopher Sainty (the Portuguese Republic) and Mr. Alisdair Walker (the State of Eritrea).
Mr. T. Galloway, Mrs. Sainty and Mrs. Walker were also received by Her Majesty.

Mr. Charles Hay was received in audience by The Queen upon his appointment as British High Commissioner to Malaysia.
Ms. Pascale Sutherland was also received by Her Majesty.
 
Court Circular 27th February:
Sir Dominick Chilcott was received by The Queen today upon his appointment as Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Turkey.
Lady Chilcott was also received by Her Majesty.

Sir David Manning was received by The Queen this afternoon upon relinquishing his appointment as Special Advisor to The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

The Lord Carrington and the Hon. Virginia Carington were received by Her Majesty and delivered up the Insignia of the Order of the Garter worn by their father, the late Lord Carrington.

The Rt. Hon. Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.

Court Circular 28th February:
The President of the Republic of Slovenia visited The Queen today.

Her Majesty, Captain General, The Honourable Artillery Company, afterwards received General Sir Richard Barrons upon relinquishing his appointment as Colonel Commandant and Lieutenant General Patrick Sanders upon assuming the appointment.

The King and Queen of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and The Crown Prince were invited to Luncheon with The Queen.
The Princess Royal was present.

That DM article is weird. Most of it is about the Duke's accident saying it happened last week but was really more like six weeks ago. Obviously they have a standard "Her Majesty went to church" article in which they change the lead and picture but don't bother to edit the rest of the article. Their journalism is getting sloppier by the day.
 
The Queen held audiences today at BP, she met with Mr. Aunese Makoi Simati, marking his recent appointment as High Commissioner for Tuvalu in London. The Queen also welcomed the President of the Republic of Cyprus. The President of Cyprus attended the reception for The Prince of Wales yesterday.

The President of the Republic of Cyprus and Mrs Anastasiades visited The Queen today.

The Rt Hon Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.

Court Circular 7th March:
The Queen this morning opened the Smith Centre at the Science Museum, Exhibition Road, London SW7, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa) and the Chairman of the Science Museum Group (Dame Mary Archer).

Her Majesty toured the Centre, escorted by Sir Ian Blatchford (Director of the Science Museum Group), viewing schoolchildren conducting scientific activities and meeting supporters, members of staff and those connected with the Museum, before sending an Instagram post.
 
So fun to read HM's first Instagram post! I read that she has a private Facebook account where she keeps in touch with her children and the extended members of the BRF, though I obviously can't vouch for it.
 
Court Circular 12th March:
The Queen, Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Lancers (Queen Elizabeths' Own), today received Brigadier Andrew Hughes upon relinquishing his appointment as Colonel and Colonel Richard Charrington upon assuming the appointment and Lieutenant Colonel Henry Searby upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant Colonel Adam Foden upon assuming the appointment.

Her Majesty received the Bishop of Derby (the Right Reverend Elizabeth Lane) who did homage upon her appointment.
The Bishop of Carlisle (Clerk of the Closet) was in attendance.

Court Circular 13th March:
His Excellency Mr Rafael Ortiz Fábrega was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Costa Rica to the Court of St James’s.
Mrs Laura Valverde Borbón was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Masud Khalifazoda was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Tajikistan to the Court of St James’s.
Mrs Mutriba Dzhabborova was also received by Her Majesty.

The Rt Hon Sir Stephen Males, the Rt Hon Dame Vivien Rose and Mrs Elizabeth Saville Roberts MP were sworn in as members of Her Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council.

At the Council, The Queen pricked the List of High Sheriffs for the Counties of England (other than Cornwall and those in the Duchy of Lancaster) and Wales.

After the Council, Sir Alan Reid had an audience of Her Majesty when The Queen pricked the List of High Sheriffs for the Counties of the Duchy of Lancaster.

Mr Richard Tilbrook was in attendance as Clerk of the Council.

The Rt Hon Andrea Leadsom MP had an audience of Her Majesty before the Council.
 
Court Circular 14th March:
The Queen, Colonel-in-Chief, Royal Tank Regiment, today received Major General John Patterson upon relinquishing his appointment as Colonel Commandant and Brigadier Gavin Thompson upon assuming the appointment.

Mr. Andrew Stephenson MP (Vice-Chamberlain of the Household) was received in audience by The Queen this afternoon and presented an Address from the House of Commons to which Her Majesty was graciously pleased to make reply.

The Queen, Patron, accompanied by The Duchess of Cambridge, this morning opened Bush House, King's College London, Strand, London WC2, and was received by Her Majesty's Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa), the Chairman of the Council (the Lord Geidt) and Councillor Lindsey Hall (Lord Mayor of the City of Westminster).

Her Majesty, escorted by the Chairman of the Council, and Her Royal Highness, escorted by Professor Edward Byrne (President and Principal), toured the Building, viewing a robotics demonstration and a virtual trading room, and met students, members of staff and supporters.

The Rt. Hon. Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.

The following were received in audience by The Queen today and kissed hands upon their appointment as Her Majesty's Ambassadors: Mr. Michael Gifford (the Republic of Kazakhstan), Mr. Richard Wood (the Kingdom of Norway), Mr. Nicholas Archer (the Czech Republic) and Mr. Patrick Moody (the United Arab Emirates).
Mrs. Gifford, Mr. Xavier Piot and Mrs. Moody were also received by Her Majesty.

Mrs. Inderjit Jutlla was received by The Queen this afternoon upon relinquishing her appointment as Assistant Treasurer to The Queen when Her Majesty invested her with the Insignia of a Commander of the Royal Victorian Order.
