Yes, there are a few. But most were created when we were still a dominion. Since 1917, you have to have British citizenship to accept a peerage. Which by the old Canadian citizenship act, you could only hold dual citizenship if you married a Brit. 1st Baron Thomson actually gave up his citizenship to be a peer. His son and grandson who followed though were/are Canadians still. And yes they are 5 billion pounds richer then the Duke of Westminster.
Anyone who used to watch the show 'The Nanny' or who watched Days of Our Lives back in the day and know the character Shane Donnovan, know another Canadian peer. The actor Charles Shaughnessy is 5th Baron Shaughnessy. As he only has daughters, his brother is heir. Though they hold a Canadian peerage, Charles and his brother were raised in London.

Baron Coleraine: technically was born in the UK, but had duel citizenship due to his father. Holder is his son
There are 8 extinct peerages, including 3 viscounts. And a number of life peerages as well. There are also peers who have chosen to live in Canada, but whose titles originated in the UK of course.
There were also Canadian peers in the French system as well. All but one of them have gone extinct.
Baron de Longueuil is still extant. Its the only French colonial peerage recognized by the queen. The first baron was given his peerage in 1700 by Louis XIV. It is currently held by the 12th Baron.
Note the current Baron Longueill is actually a second cousin of the queen. His mother was Ernestine Bowes-Lyon. Her father was the queen mum's older brother Ernest. Ernestine grew up at Glammis castle, and around the queen mum. His daughter is actress Rachel Grant
