It seems she does, although there isn't a straightforward confirmation for it. And even if she doesn’t own the modern fringe tiara it seems to be exclusive to Madeleine. I’ll eat my hat if Sofia wears this one, it is so much associated with Madeleine.Doesn't the fringe tiara (#1) now belong to Madeleine? If it does I wonder if we'll see Sofia wear it to her wedding.
Those photoshops are great! It’s much easier to imagine now. The Baden fringe looks great on her, and I am surprised how well the comparatively high ruby tiara looks on her head.
The more I think of it, the more I hope that Sofia will receive her own tiara. It seems the Madde got her own, at least she doesn’t have to share the modern fringe (the Queen hasn’t worn it since 2010). Several tiaras seem to be mostly reserved for CP Victoria (Baden fringe, the two cut steels) or the Queen (Braganza, Leuchtenberg, nine prongs, Connaught, ruby). For the really big events some of these tiaras are shared out to other ladies, but there will be a lot of representation dinners, state banquets, the second night of the Nobels, when Sofia could well use her own go-to tiara.
Those two tiaras which seem always to be available for sharing are the two button tiaras. But with her own pearl tiara stolen, Princess Christina usually wears one of them. The pool of tiaras seems to be fairly well divided between the ladies already. And to be honest, I’d really hate to always see Sofia with the button tiaras, they are just not made for straight long hair like hers.
That said, I think that she might still wear a Bernadotte tiara for her wedding. Maybe she’ll receive her own tiara for the birth of a child?
