Christopher Buyers on his site Royal Ark writes that Crown Prince Theyazin bin Haitham & Sayyida Meyyan bint Shihab divorced on 9 March last year, only a few months after the wedding!

She was still doing official duties in October last year. Although I suppose that doesn't necessarily mean anything since someone like Princess Muna still does duties in Jordan and Sayyida is the niece of the Sultan.

It would be kind of surprising if they divorced 4 months after the wedding though because she is his double cousin and they must surely have known each other even if they never spent any time alone.

No, he didn't attend. Oman’s delegation is led by HH Sayyid Asaad bin Tarik al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan.

I have heard that too but unfortunately there is no official announcement from the Sultan court to confirm this information. Perhaps we have to wait for his next marriage.
