Hmm, I wonder how many applicants they had to screen to appoint the official shoulder strap measurer's? Come to think of it, they need a whole platoon of measurer's what with the straps, the hems and, oh good god, I almost forgot the chapeau measurer's!! Can't let any of those pesky Fascinators through the gates, now can we?
