Oh, that first brooch is very special!

I thought Maxima would do justice to this pair of girandarole earrings

Oh, these are lovely.
A turquoise and diamond tiara, that convers to a necklace and / or brooches.

Not a large tiara at all, but I think it could possibly be suitable for the Dutch, Belgian or Swedish collections.
Very versatile!!

:previous: Rarely a fan of turquoise but I don't mind that.

A pearl necklace I could see perhaps on Kate. She seems to like pearls and I find more delicate pieces suit her.

A bit unusual but I admit I like this. Could see Maxima pulling this off. And the roses are detachable and could be worn as brooches or in the hair.

I could see this tiara on one of the younger crown princesses when old enough. Could swap out for other stones

This would be beautiful perhaps with Max's ruby tiara. It can be worn in different forms.

Great necklace, but I think the ones who really need this necklace are both Mathilde and Mary.

Max already has 2 substantial ruby and diamond necklaces with matching tiaras. It is the Swedes, IMO, who could do with a good ruby and diamond necklace like this to add some colour and diversity to their collection.

I think that necklace would also be a nice addition to the British jewels. It would be nice to keep it in England.

Fair. However, lovely as the necklace is and could be put to good use by HM, Camilla or Catherine, the "main line" of the BRF have a number of fantastic emerald and diamond necklaces. In a spirit of sharing, I would be quite happy for this to go to some of their European counterparts who has emerald coloured holes in their jewel boxes.

They may have several emerald necklaces but nothing like this one. And with a number of senior royal ladies, it doesn't hurt to have a few pieces of the same stone.

The necklace was on display at the Victoria and Albert museum for 22 years.

At last count, I thought the BRF main line had 7 "serious" emerald and diamond necklaces. Could they do with more amonst the 3 current / future Queens remains a subjective question.

In my count I have only included the Delhi Durbar necklace used by HM, the Delhi Durbar choker previoulsy used by Diana, the Godman and the 2 Greville necklaces. Additionally, Camilla has a necklace of square cut emeralds and diamonds that may have been a present from the Saudi's, and Catherine has her emerald and diamond demi-parurue. I have not included any of the "minor" emerald and diamond necklaces that HM has been seen in from time to time.

The Buccellati bangle is tdf, I love the idea of this thread.

I for my self for years now I have been collecting jewelry photos for a board on Pinterest about ideas for a new royal jewelry.

I just checked it now and am embarrassed to say there than10k of pins in this board!:whistling:

Here is the link for the board you can check it out guys!

I meant to post these pieces last week. They were part of Sotheby's Hong Kong auction on October 7, 2020.

Both are lovely tiara's, and would make very worthwhile additions to the jewel boxes of either Mary or Mathilde. Of the two, my own preference is for the entremblant floral one.

The Belgian RF could do with a few more jewels in their almost empty chest.

The 19th century pendant and brooch is stunning.

... And that is probably one of the key reasons this thread exists. I could not agree more about the need to replenish the Belgian royal vaults.

The Belgians buy yachts, cars and helicopters, historic family jewels up for sale are not deemed important.
