Hello from Spain

Hi, first I hope you will forgive my poor english

I'm from Spain and I need your help.
Recently, I inherited a valuable pocket watch. It is engraving with the royal british coat of arms and below there is a monogram RW(WR) or RM(MR). Can someone tells me something about its owner ? The clock is dated 1860, but I think it could be anterior.
I enclose a photograph.
