Princess Iman is engaged!

Princess Noor Pahlavi has just announced on her Instagram account the engagement of her sister, Princess Iman Pahlavi; the full name of her fiancé is currently unknown to me (his Instagram account is private).

What did he say? I guess I am not the only one without Instagram.

Princess Noor posted on her Instagram account some photos and a video from the wedding - are the bridal couple Princess Iman and Bradley Sherman?

Reza Pahlavi sent a letter to President Donald Trump, who was sworn in today as the new President of the United States of America.

Congratulations!

Among the guests were Swedish-Iranian popstar Arash.

Isn' t there a friendship with Prince Laurent?

A wedding cover for French magazine Point de Vue this week:

Interesting post. It looks like she considers the bombing a way to destroy the current regime and hopes that her family might return to Iran because of it.
Honestly one of the worst positions a former royal family can have!

Criticism to one of the worst regimes in the region is understandable, but calling and supporting the bombing of your country by another country and ignoring the damage to the country and civilians just cause you hate the regime is one of the most stupid things I’ve ever heard!

Even the most powerful critics of the Iranian regime never heard them call for their country to be invaded to change the regime!

As I understand it, he only hopes that the Iranian people will be freed from the mullah dictatorship or will be able to free themselves now. As is well known, all demonstrations by the population have been brutally suppressed by the regime. Of course, he could have said, “I am sorry that innocent victims are now to be mourned.” We will have to wait and see what the Iranians themselves think about the situation.

I cannot really get his goal, except increase his presence in Iranian minds and hearts... but Iranian of diaspora.
But Iranians in Iran ? Do they relly know / remember of the Pahlavi family?
Would he ever dream of getting back in Iran? Would he ever expect restoration?
And the most important point... would he trust to go back? He left almost 47 years ago and then the country fell in such high level of internal violence than seem no way back. Even if the government falls , there are around huge amount of people taking high profits in money and power than they would not step back. They are ready to kill , especially the Pahlavis.

I think that Reza Pahlavi and his family still dream of returning to Iran and of a possible restoration of the monarchy. But of course it is very difficult for this to happen. It would be very difficult for the Pahlavi family to return to Iran in any way in the medium term.
