I see in the program that the dress code for the state dinner is "black tie and long dress", so I would not rule out that Queen Mathilde might wear the Wolfers or the Brabant Laurel Wreath tiara. She wore small diamond tiaras before at black tie state dinners for example in Canada and in Poland.
