It might be sometime before we have an incoming UK State Visit!

Lets see how this pans out. If the King is indeed going to be unable to carry out engagements, including hosting incoming state visits for some time (and let us all hope that is not the case), it may well be that the state visits proceed without his physical presence. The diplomatic agenda of the nation cannot and should not stop. The Prince of Wales and the Queen can officiate on his behalf.
