I cannot begin to describe how sad I was when I read the news about the Princess of Wales. My tears, just flowed. My heart goes out to the whole family and I pray for a full recovery for her.

The news in Perth just announced that Mary's sister is on her way to Denmark and mention was made of the Proclamation which will take place on Sunday Australian time but no time was given.

I read this news early morning and that was the end of my sleep. Happy retirement to Queen Margrethe, at least she will be around to offer guidance to Prince Frederik and Mary, and congratulations to the new King and Queen. I look forward to the reign of the new King and Queen and wish them well.

Thanks for the pics. This visit has been extremely low-key. Nothing on our newscasts in Western Australia which is a good thing. No prying eyes to watch Pr Frederik and Princess Mary's every move.
