Actually, i don't see big changes on ex empress farah diba,she changed only her hair color and get a few older,but didn't change her nose or her lips and chekbones!
Yes zara phillips is now more stylish,but she still have her curved nose and didnt change her teeth,i'm sure she's the type of person who doesn't care to do plastic surergy,she could be beautiful other way!
Queen rania changed a lot, the difference is evident,she did a nose job,lost a lot of weight and had a big relooking!
I think several of the women on here had the potential to be beautiful....some of them already were, but with the help of a stylist, wardrobe change, a little makeup, maybe a little cosmetic surgery, others turned out to look really beautiful..I mean Rania did like a 180. She had potential, but she's really beautiful now...Queen Noor was a plain jane in my opinion, but now, she looks great. Farah Diba was cute, but looking at her pictures as she has gotten older, she is beautiful as well.

well she changed style and lost weight,but her features didn't change a lot as it is for queen rania of jordan!
before diana was very shy and had a very shy style,but after she became aware of cameras and her image,her style changed a lot and became very glamourous,and she lost a lot of weight,but she didn't change her appearence i'm meaning here,she didn't made a nose job for her curved nose,she could to become very beautiful without any plastic surergy,only was relooked(hair and style of clothes and make-up) and lost weight!
