Indeed, I don't see why Meghan's family needs to 'get in shape' for the wedding. It's up to them. Of course, living healthy is good for everybody and important events might be a good trigger for some people to work towards a goal but that's about it.

Meghan loves her dad just the way he is. "Getting in shape" for a wedding is preposterous as its a celebration and not a walk on the red carpet modeling the latest fashions.

I didn't even bother to open the link to the Fail article as the headlines "Meghan's dad enjoys Italian takeout and quiet life in Mexico" is a non story for me. Should I gasp and fall to the floor in astonishment because the man eats? It just tells me that once again, his privacy is being invaded.

We are told he is a bit of a “recluse” so perhaps he doesn’t care for the glare of the world being all over him on the day. He may decide whether or not to walk her down the aisle on that basis alone.

I'm suggesting it wouldn't be about making skin look darker so much as making each woman's skin tone look the same variety of "warm" so that they read on under the lights as different intensities of the same shade rather than the full spectrum of underlying skin tones.

And again, I’m sure a ‘spray tan’ is hardly needed on a darker skinned woman to produce that particular result. Comparing her and many others on the show, the difference was obvious, warm or not. I don’t believe she authored that blog, some do. And that’s fine.

Maybe it’s just me then because she seems darker than olive skinned to me. I certainly, including those I know, would not mistake her for a white woman. She is light complexioned, yes, but not that pale. Either way I won’t comment on this anymore.

I don't get the criticism for Meghan's father. He didn't ask to be in the spotlight, he didn't go looking for this attention. He's being harassed by the tabloids. To critique him for how he looks is so uncalled for, imo.

Oh my goodness. Poor Mr. Markle. He didn't ask the media to stalk him same as Pippa never did. But the evil media did anyway and pulled apart when ever they could. Look what they did to Mike when he was engaged to marry and people almost insisted he have his nose straightened for "photos". I was thrilled when he more-or-less gave the media and over opinionated public the bird. Bravo Mike. You are more like Princess Anne and Prince Philip and comfortable as your own person. Love that about you, and your wife.
