how did he has the name bourbon as his last name since he was ''illegitimate'' and unwed parent in a catholic country and another thing in his books he write he style himself as infante well he can style himself prince of bourbon since the hapsburg illegitamate products were have austria after their name as a courtesy title

He went to court to have his paternity recognized.
The spanish courts did recognize he was A.XIII's son and therefore entitled to use his father's family name.
After the trial he pretended he was entitled to the style of Infante de España, which, of course, was not true.

How interesting. So if the courts recognised him as his son, doesn't that make him legitmate? :)

No, he would be legitimate if his parents would have married; but since they didn't marry, Leandro is only Alfonso XIII's natural son.
