Title of Baron / Count of Spain

Good morning,

My husband, Australian citizen, xxx Garcia, he inherited a title of Baron / Count of spain of his Father.

My husband and only son xxx Garcia, born and title of the province of Orense / Ourense - Spain.

Please, I wonder how he can transfer this title to him.

Garcia is a very common name in Spain. If you think that your husband has the right to use a title,but it will be either Baron or Count and probably not both, then go to www.geneall.net and give a much more complete name, most Spanish people have at least 4 and aristocrats can have many many more. Look up his father´s complete name and see.

I have looked and there is no Count of Ourense or Baron of Ourense and Spain is a big country. Perhaps you mean Grandee of Spain? You can do your research yourself by going to this site.
