Yes, all the neighbors could enter, (well until the church was full), I suppose that the people in charge of the Security of the royal house have taken safety measurements.
La Chica Madrileña!!! you are doing a very good job today! thank You

Lula and Paty Thank you, thank you so much for your great reports. I knew you could do a report, lula, but I thought you were too busy finding the pictures, thanks for all :).
I love your reports and through pictures one can see how attentive Leonor is about everything. I particularly like the picture of her looking to the mongues on the back, who are waving, while mum tried to refresh the baby.
When Don Juan Carlos and Doña Sofia went to the Basilica it was opened to the public, and Prince Felipe was consagrated to the Virgin of Atocha while general public was there. It was very much commented on the time that the (then) Princes of Spain went to the Basilica like any ordinary Pilgrim.
And Princes Letizia and Felipe decided to keep the tradition in the same way... so nice and thoughtful.

// OFFER the cardinal archbishop of Madrid, monsignor Antonio Maria Rouco, pronounced a small oration in which, going to the Virgin of Atocha, it said: “Virgin of Atocha, mother of God and mother our. With love and filial devotion, these parents, Princes de Asturias, come until you with their daughter Leonor. In continuity with the tradition of the Royal Family you they present/display it and they offer of all heart”. “Virgin of Atocha, consolation of which they invoke to you: Beam that this daughter yours, infant Leonor, always takes in her heart the love you, our common mother of the sky, the love to its parents and the love to all the Spaniards, specially to the most needed”.

Thanks my dear! That was very nice:)
Okay, since everyone is concerned about the baby may I say I simply adore Letizia's outfit today? The jacket is beautiful and her skirt... I want it right now!
Here you have an article and video from elmundo with a moment of presentation! And Letizia indeed was playing with the baby's lips! Too cute, I'm going to melt in a moment:)
