Grand Duchess Alexandra Georgievna of Russia (born Princess Alexandra of Greece and Denmark) fell whilst jumping into a boat while she was pregnant. She went into labour and gave birth to Grand Duke Dmitri Pavlovich, then fell into a coma and passed away a few days later.

She was 21.
