If the columns will do a march-by later on and Leonor is still at the front right flan, you will notice that she will not be doing an "eyes right" which is a salute. She will look straight ahead. The reason being that everybody else in the column form their position in the rank after her. The front rank will try and maintain as straight line as possible with Leonor as the fix-point.
The same with the ranks following her, they will all try and maintain as straight a line after her. And they will also follow the length of her steps.
And as there will be no NCO calling left, right, on such a parade it's also up to Leonor to maintain the correct marching cadence.
It is not as easy as it sounds!
It shall mean that Leonor has gained self-confidence since she started her military studies. I had thought she looked more confident when I looked at recent pics of her at the Academia. If you are right, then she has become more confident than the first day, when she looked a little anxious.
