Given the recent tradition of Dutch abdications Emma will probably be the last Dutch Queen mother/ Dowager queen unless the current king dies as Monarch.
Emma was 75 at the time of her death and was queen consort from 1879–1890 and queen regent 1890-1898.

22nd of April 1355 : Death of Eleanor of England , Dowager Duchess of Guelders.

Eleanor was the daughter of Edward II of England and Isabella of France. In 1332 she was married to Reinoud II of Guelders and was the mother of Reginald III, Duke of Guelders and Edward, Duke of Guelders. Following her husbands death Eleanor acted as duchess Regent for her eldest son.
The Duchess died in Deventer and is buried at the former Dominican church where her burial was preserved.

Charlotte of Bourbon was related to the French Royal house of Valois by her maternal grandmother Jeanne d'Angoulême who was an illegitimate half-sister of King Francis I of France who in turn created Jeanne Countess of Bar-sur-Seine and also a lady-in-waiting to his mother Louise de Savoie.

Charlotte's father was a powerful noble and courtier at the court of Catherine de Médicis who had his daughter placed in a convent to be educated there in the Catholic faith.In 1572 with the aid of Jeanne d'Albret,queen of Navarre ,Charlotte embraced Calvinism and escaped from the convent and fled France!

William II, Prince of Orange was stadtholder for a little over 3 years and died of smallpox aged just 24 in 1650.
By his union with Mary, Princess Royal he has one child ,(Prince William III of Orange who later became king of England,Scotland and Ireland by his marriage to Mary II.

Following the death of William II, Prince of Orange his widow Mary of England and his mother Amalia of Solms-Braunfels fought to be appointed Regent for the young Prince William III.
Both of them acted as joint Regents until Mary died in 1660 when Amalia ruled until William III reached his majority.

Wilhelmina of Prussia, Dowager Princess of Orange was the mother of King William I of the Netherlands and lived to see the restoration of the House of Orange following the Napoleonic Wars.
Her remains are buried at the Royal Crypt at Nieuwe Kerk in Delft.
