Thanks Beltraneja, yours is much clearer than mine. I love that they took the same picture 18 years later. Interestingly, Alexia is the same age in the later photo as her mother is in the first one.

I am not sure. Somehow, somewhat, this picture reminds me of the so-called glamor-shots that used to be taken in specializing photo-shops, in the USA, in the 80s and early 90s, until they stopped being fashionable due to unnaturalness stemming from excessive make-up, gawdy hairdos and repetitive stereotypes of posture.
This specific picture notwithstanding, the fact is that with respect to couples (not individual royals but couples), Constantine and Anne-Marie were by far, and for over 20 years, the most attractive, charming, youthful and elegant one in 20th century royal history!

Well it's not a photo, it's a video ,nut they are both very young so I think it is fine posted here ;). the Greek newsreel about their engagement. Anne Marie looks very young EOA-HeNAA -
 
thanks!!! I still prefer the photos, the videos all happens so fast that it seems to lose charm. But it is beautiful!!!!!!! The Princess Anne was wonderful!!!!!!!!Constantine was very handsome!!!!

Theodora looks so much like her mother and you can really see the resemblance in the pictures.

In this photo, Queen Anne Marie either is very tall, or Frederika is very short. Does anyone know their heights? I know Queen Margarethe is tall.
 
Actually I believe Anne-Marie is the shortest of the three sisters, but then again, they're all pretty tall :lol:

They still are a very beautiful couple [if not more beautiful now] nearly fifty years later they are together.
 
Could some greek please supply us with not so often seen, rare photos of constantine as a boy and young man before he became king (may be some scans from old "Eikones"-magazines?)?!
