Why are PA and Pss Stephanie always dancing together - because neither is linked to anyone? I've never seen a pic of PA dancing w/Pss Caroline, but usually w/Stephanie. Cute, but sad at the same time - particularly for her, having no date - that is like being a wedding w/out a date or male escort. All the wives MAKE their husbands "mercy" dance with you....so pathetic! Although, that is how I met my husband - we were both dateless at a wedding, and a friend of mine practically threw him at me so he would stop asking his girlfriend to dance - funny!!

In the 90s Caroline often danced with Albert, I think there are tons of pics in this thread or in the Rose Ball thread...

The Princess Caroline haven't attended to the Red Cross Ball in August 1991 because of mourning of her husband's death, Stefano, on 3rd October 1990

It was the first time that Caroline was not present at the Red Cross Ball in 1991.

The Princess Caroline is always dancing with her lovely brother Prince Albert II, especially at the Rose Ball, but less at the Cross Red Ball. Caroline always danced with Albert II (for opening the dance of Rose Ball) and finally after with her husband (for finish the evening...) You can find several pictures of them dancing in the tread "Rose Ball"

No, not 1986, Steph looked different at that time. I always dated these pics 1991, but when you asked me, I looked into my collection and found a similar pic with a text saying it would have been 1988, that confused me. Let's wait till Monacos is back and tells us

It looks to me like Rainer was trying to chat with Step and keep her pre-occupied so that she is not totally focused on the loss of her mum and the first ball without her presence.

How lovely of him. I think Rainer must have been a wonderful father to his children.
