I'm so glad there is a thread for her! I think she's stunning and her hair literally looks like black silk. I actually LOVE the second photo. I like the different fabrics ( sheer blouse/ wool looking skirt ) but I do think the blouse has too much going on around the shoulders for her.

I thought I read that he proposed to her 2 or 3 times until she finally said (reportedly) "Yes. But only if you think I could be a help to you." Doesn't sound like love.

Are all these people anti-monarchy? Some of them seem to be waving (except the one rude one). Are the ones waving being sarcastic?

They look so deeply in love and happy. :wub: :twohearts: Though I love the sheer train with the antique lace veil secured to it, I'm not sure what to make of the gown as a whole. I don't like the jacket look of it. Not loving the tiara either...the larger one that was speculated on would've...

What was she thinking? I agree with you except IMO instead of a beige cardigan it would look better with a long, beige, light-weight coat...opened so you can see the dress. The purple coat/hat neither matches nor compliments the dress.

LOVE the shoes. Wouldn't have worn them with that dress though.

Actually ALL the ladies except for Christina look underdressed. I don't mind the jumpsuit but maybe wear it to a truly casual function.

THANK YOU. I don't get it either. Westwood spoke her opinion and wasn't mean about it at all. Kate's eyeliner is too much and she her style is average, there's nothing wrong with average.

I've seen the nude heel trend for 3 years now but I've never seen so many ladies wear them at one function! Even Her Majesty wore nude shoes but it's not just the royal ladies, the guests did as well. Didn't see any Christian L. red soles though.

You know, I like the back view of the dress...maybe It'll grow on me. :tongue: Did anyone else notice that every woman there wearing nude colored heels? I would love to see a close up of Zara so I can see the tiara and earrings better.

Although she's radiant I'm not liking the dress. I think it's the fabric, looks cheap and the flowers look more appropriate for a Winter wedding. I know she's not a lacey girly-girl but I was thinking she'd surprise us with a bit of lace. I thought she'd wear a corseted, strapless gown with...
