I agree, looks like something Kate may wear, probably why I don't like it. :sad:

The cut is nice. But the shiny fabric and the pattern are just not great :ermm:

I like her hair and the earrings.
 
Letizia is one of those women who can carry off dresses with big pillowy skirts. Don't like the pattern and colors though. Also her eye makeup is too heavy and makes her eyes look kinda weird.
 
it is a bit different for letizia's style - as many said, this looks a lot like kate's style, but letizia tends to favour less romantic designs in general, so it is a bit different. not sure it works, but maybe she was trying to pick something the UK people (and press) would find familiar, given it is how kate dresses.
 
I thought the dress was lovely, and L carried it well. I am not a fan of the messy hairstyle, and hope we do not see this again.

I have to agree with some posters further upthread that the dress certainly seems like one that Catherine could have worn, and the messy hair seem to be out of Meghan's book!
 
Letzia could have worn a bangle or bracelet seeing as she was meeting royalty and it was a high profile event ,her poor hairstyle let down the overall look.

I guess she made the effort with her aquamarine Bulgari earrings.
 
:previous: It really is a beautiful printed fabric and suits Letizia very well but her hair is an inexplicable mess.
 
I actually like the dress. Her earrings are beautiful! And her hair ruins the entire look.
 
:previous: You really nailed it. Ankle straps with a midi or almost ankle length skirt always look sort of chopped off and make the legs stumpy and ruin the ankle line if you have nice ankles. The only people who get away with it are ballroom dancers . . .
 
Not a fan. The V-line is too low imo; even though it's not that you see that much; the depth itself attracts unnecessary attention imo.
 
Hideous. The only thing young about it is the neckline. The rest looks like she borrowed from her MIL. Far too matronly for someone Letizia's age.

And those shoes are not helping at all.
 
The dress doesn’t flatter her at all. Hideous is a good word for it.
 
Not a good dress, last time the choice of shoes was better. Hair is terrible, it needs an updo for this occasion.
 
It was no length since Letizia last wore this dress and her styling was a miss then too ,maybe an upstyle might have salvaged last nights look.
 
I like it. Feels like a new colour for her.
 
I loved the aquamarine colored dress! Very stunning color! And I liked the daytime white dress on her today! I just wish she wore a brooch or something more glittering to the outfits, because if she did, they would be two perfect appearances! But she looked lovely anyways!
 
This dress looks much nicer than the daytime dress the day after, but I do think the accessories have room for improvement. Neither like the bag nor the shoes with it.
