I can't see where it is too short, not even without hose it would be too short

It's not sexy or anything like that. Even long sleeves ...

The color is gorgeous! I don't like the necklace.

She looks absolutely gorgeous! Just glowing.

I don't see why all the fuss about the short dresses. Those dresses are not short! The length is appropriate IMO. You all don't want to see my idea of a short dress.

I don't think the black dress is too short, it's just the right length and appropriate for the occasion.

I do like also her outfit from Anna's wedding, but agree with the poster who said that she was overdressed for the occasion. She looked lovely though and the color was beautiful.

there were a lot of critiques about how short Mary's dress was, I for one, and even how it looked more like a blouse than a skirt.
Most knees are not too pretty, though I must say Victoria's are.

Mary's dress here is also too short IMO - the same as Victoria's purple one. Had Vickan worn black stockings like she wore yesterday, it may have provided enough contrast for the outfit to look 'not too short' - like the black outfit does. While the black dress is on the shorter side, it is not that bad.

One also has to look at the occasion and Victoria's position as Crown Princess of Sweden in relation to whether her outfits are "too short" or appropriately short (the same with other Princesses/etc).

It's a shame there was wind in Oslo to destroy Victoria's hair.
 
Victoria's dresses are definitely not too short. I don't know why certain people on here expect the young royal ladies to dress like the Queen Mother of England. The purple dress I will give a pass on for the too short complaints; but the black dress is just pushing it. Nothing about it was short, unless you consider too short to be above the knee.
As for the black mourning outfit the only things I didnt like were the stockings and the hairstyle.

Victoria has a history of childish or strange or tacky hairclips when wearing a ponytail, at least I dont like them, they look better on little girls than on grown women

I thought it was at a great length for Victoria, not too short and not too long.
She wore it well even if it had no cut to it.
 
I think the term "too short" means different for different people, I don't think it was too short (and besides, Victoria is doing this job for a long time now, I think she has a quite a good grasp on what is too short or not, what is appropriate and what is not). I agree with XeniaCasiraghi, these are women in their 30s not in their 60s.
Besides. the dress wasn't mush shorter than the Spanish royal ladies wore when meeting the Pope.

The wedding ensemble is gorgeous. I'm hoping the actual color is the first photo.
How can there be complaints about the black dress. If she'd been wearing fishnets, then it would have been a tad too short -- but only a tad. The white dress is very cute. Hair ornaments? I loooooovvvveeee hair ornaments! Bring 'em on!
 
I think Victoria looks great. I have no complaints at all about the length of her dresses. After all she is in her 30s not her 60s.
 
Vicky looks so healthy, she will be a good Mum I reckon.

This such a good color for her. She looks great.
 
Victoria has enough personality to pull off that green dress!
