Prince Hassan: Brain drain largely restrains Arab development
Amman, Apr 25 (Petra) –– His Royal Highness Prince Hassan said that the brain drain that involves millions of skilled Arab youth has substantially restrained the success of development efforts in the Arab world, and emphasised the need for investment in "brain circulation" as it helps in building the strength of nations sharing knowledge.

Well Prince hassan was crown prince for decades so close relationships were built, also the couple went to best britsh schools and must have met royals in that envirnment.
 
He deserves it. he has been working hard for decades.

Amman, March 19 (Petra)-- Today His Royal Highness Prince El Hassan bin Talal marks his 69th birthday.

The past year has seen His Royal Highness assume numerous engagements and initiatives in Jordan and the West Asia – North Africa region, as well as internationally.

His Royal Highness’ attention remains firmly focused on inter-regional cooperation and understanding, interfaith dialogue, and the protection of the human environment. Central to all of these is the overarching issue of human dignity, which must be at the core of all developmental efforts.
