I actually liked the navy instead of wearing black. It goes with William's RAF uniform.

One of her best looks ever! Elegant, appropriate, regal. Definitely like from me. 😄

My younger daughter's husband is military, she often wears navy in order to complement his uniform.

Catherine looks wonderful and I agree with those who have said she looks elegant. I love the colour of her outfit. Her hairstyle is lovely too. There's something about the outfit that gives off a vintage/1940s feel to me.

I'm looking forward into seeing what she will wear for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day event.

I agree, she looked very elegant.

In recent months, I have been critical of the number of new clothes Catherine has worn. On this occasion, I do think it was appropriate for her to get a smart, well fitted outfit in sombre colours; and I suspect that brief meant new clothes.

I absolutely disliked this outfit. Too matronly.

She's rarely ever going to be fashion forward in her clothing. It's best that she stick to elegant/classy looks considering her station in life.

Catherine's style is classic elegance. When as pregnant as she is, there is usually relatively little wriggle room (all puns intended) !

I agree, classic elegance is the way I would describe Kate's stye.

Kate looked fantastic today. I loved her entire look. I hope she wears her hair like that again because it really looked lovely.

I see some bulges in the bottom of the fabric, it might be that she already has weights in.

Classic and elegant look on Catherine. I love the fact that she chose navy instead of black.

Then the style's the problem.

She seems to refuse to learn from experience.

She likes coats. Fine. How about a shorter coat, fastened all the way down so it doesn't billow open and up with the wind, over a knee-length pencil skirt? Pesto! Professional appearance and no inappropriately-exposed thighs in the magazines and all over the internet. One could be forgiven for thinking she wants to draw attention to herself and/or to tempt the fates.
