King Constantine and Queen Anne-Marie of Greece
Crown Prince Felipe and Crown Princess Letizia of Spain
Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden

I am surprised Queen Beatrix is attending. I had read that Queen Elizabeth II didn't want any of Europe's Monarchs to attend, as it would could make the wedding blessing appear to be an official state occassion. Charles had wanted to invite the King and Queen of Spain, but the Queen asked Charles to invite Crown Prince Felipe instead.

The descriptions I've posted are pretty thorough.
The first one's about Camilla, the second about William & Harry, and the third about Harry.
But you're right, most of it, 2 out of the 3 docs that is, is about William and Harry.

According the Dutch media only Prince Constantijn and Princess Laurentien are invited. So I guess Beatrix, WA and Maxima are just not invited and will not go.

They have chosen not to go to the actual wedding, but they are going to the party.

QUEEN AND PHILIP ONLY SENIOR ROYALS NOT TO ATTEND NUPTIALS

Queen Elizabeth and her husband will be the only senior royals not to attend the wedding of their eldest son after it was confirmed on Wednesday that all Charles' siblings will be present.

The Clarence House announcement revealed that all the monarch's other children, as well as the spouses of Princess Anne and Prince Edward, will be at the civil ceremony in Windsor Guildhall on April 8.

Initially Charles and Camilla's desire for a low-key ceremony had been cited as the reason for the Queen's non-attendance, but the participation of all the other senior members of the royal family has made this excuse seem a little thin. The British monarch's role as Supreme Governor of the Church of England also made her involvement in the actual wedding ceremony difficult, however.

Royal aides had apparently not expected Anne, Andrew and Edward to attend the register office ceremony. Commenting on the news that they would be there after all a Buckingham Palace spokeswoman said: "It hasn't really changed the position. The Queen made her decision some weeks ago and obviously other members of the family, after consulting their diaries, had decided that they were going. It's up to them to make their decision."

The Queen and Prince Philip will join the other guests for the blessing at St George's Chapel in the grounds of Windsor Castle where they will host a reception for the newlyweds.

1. While his siblings will share the wedding ceremony, neither of the groom's parents will be present
2. Although there had been speculation that Princess Anne and Charles' younger brothers would not attend the register office nuptials, Clarence House has announced all three will be there

It was announced by Rideau Hall a few days back and reported on CBC and CTV. I think most of the Queen's Governor General's will be attending, but I am not sure.

I don´t know if somebody here post this info, but i´ve just read that Charles must say apologies to Andrew Parker bowles ( camilla´s ex-husband). It´has been said for David Stancliffe, from (i don´t know how to say this word in engilsh, it´s a important member of the curch "obisp") salisbury.
I´ll try to find the article in English .
Sorry for my bad english.

I found it!!!!!!!!!From CNN
LONDON, England (AP) -- A high-ranking Church of England official has called for Prince Charles to apologize to the ex-husband of his fiancee Camilla Parker Bowles, a newspaper reported Sunday.

Bishop David Stancliffe said church rules dictated Prince Charles must atone for committing adultery and he should apologize to Andrew Parker Bowles for breaking up his marriage, The Sunday Times newspaper said.

Stancliffe, a church authority on rules of worship, said the apology should come before the April 8 wedding and should include "making good of any hurts, the restoration of relationships and serious attention being paid to the relationships fractured or damaged by misconduct."

He did not say whether he thought the apology should be in person, by letter or by other means.

A spokesman for Charles' office would not comment on the issue.

Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles will be married in a civil ceremony in the town hall at Windsor, west of London, followed by a service of prayer and dedication at Windsor castle's chapel.

It is unprecedented for an heir to the throne to marry outside of a church, but the Church of England -- of which Charles will be supreme governor when he is king -- has qualms about remarriage for divorcees.

The forthcoming marriage has upset some members of the church -- which traditionally frowns on church remarriages for divorcees.

Camilla Parker Bowles, who was widely blamed in Britain's tabloid press for the breakdown of Charles' marriage to Princess Diana, divorced army officer Andrew Parker Bowles in 1995.

Their divorce came after Charles admitted in a TV documentary in 1994 that he had strayed from his marriage vows, but insisted infidelity happened only after the marriage was "irretrievably broken down, us having both tried." It was widely assumed, but never confirmed, that Parker Bowles was the other woman.

Prince Charles divorced Princess Diana in 1996, a year before she was killed in a car crash.
