Daniel and Carl Philip were yesterday evening at the football World Cup qualification match between Sweden and Ireland at Friends Arena in Stockholm, with prime minister Fredrik Reinfeldt. The game ended 0-0 and the Swedish team got blasted by the media.

Chaplain of the Royal Court Parish and Bishop Emeritus Lars-Göran Lönnermark told to Expressen, that the funeral of baroness Elisabeth Palmstierna was bright and precious. Over two hundred relatives and friends of baroness Palmstierna were attending at the funeral. The king, the queen, Victoria, Daniel and Carl Philip attended at the funeral.

The king, queen, Victoria and Daniel attended on Tuesday to an event at the Bernadotte Library at the Royal Palace, when the publisher gave Princess Estelle's prayer book to the Royal Parish. The book will be released on the anniversary of the baptism.

- This is a prayer book for all children, it is meant for both small and older ones, says Kerstin Kyhlberg Engvall, publishing director at Verbum publishers.
Estelle's prayer book is richly illustrated with detailed pictures of illustrator Petra Szabo which are easy for children to grasp.
- It is a classic prayer book and it should be easily accessible. There are prayers with several languages, also in minority languages, like Romani languages, Arabic, Syriac and Aramaic. Soon also the prayers will be published as a Talking Book and with Braille. We think that prayers should be for all children, says Kerstin Kyhlberg Engvall.
Crown Princess Victoria has participated in the selection of both prayers and illustrations. At the foreword Estelle's parents write that they hope that the book "should be a source of inspiration that provides both joy and support for children and adults in the conversation about all questions of life."
In the prayers for example the gratitude of life and trust in God are expressed.
- Crown Princess Victoria has been extremely involved, which has been very rewarding, says Kerstin Kyhlberg Engvall.

Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel wrote the foreword. The Crown Princess couple and the Royal Parish have chosen to donate a part of the book's proceeds to Världens Barn (Children of The World) -charity.

What a fabulous idea!

The royal family celebrated Carl Philip's birthday on Monday evening with a boat trip to the archipelago. They left to their trip at 19.00 and arrived back to Stockholm just before midnight, and some of them continued the party at the Grand Hotel. Victoria said that it had been a very nice evening when they came back to Stockholm.
At the party attended at least the king, queen, Victoria, Daniel, Carl Philip, Sofia, Gustaf Magnuson, Vicky Andrén, Oscar and Emma Magnuson.

I wonder if some members from the Swedish Royal Family will attend the Eurovision Song Contest!

I could imagine seeing Prince Carl Philip there!

If someone from the royal family would attend at the ESC final on Saturday, the schedule is quite challenging. The ESC final ends after midnight in Malmö (over 600 kilometres from Stockholm), and the whole royal family attends at the publishing of the banns of Madeleine's and Chris marriage to the church service at 11.00 o'clock on Sunday morning at the Royal Chapel in Stockholm.
