Just had a look at old pictures. Camilla wore this green suit for the first time when she attended her first garden party at BP in 2005.

I think lime green suits her very well even if I prefer her in red!
 
As Camilla seems to have dug out a few classics from her wardrobe (might she have lost some weight that allows her to fit into the older pieces?) for the current tour of Colombia and Mexico, it would be lovely to see her reuse this lovely light pink dress that Camilla only wore once (with the collet necklace) in Brunei in 2008.

Yes that is a very flattering style and the colour suits her. It would be nice to see it again.

I really like the blue dress. It's different, but it suits the surroundings.

Very pretty colouring on Camilla. I think the shoes probably match the paler contrast colouring in the skirt.

*peers at pattern* I see pansies. I love the green on her.

Actually most colours seem to suit Camilla. She's often in pastels, but darker and more vibrant colours suit her, too.

Absolutely lovely, although the shoes don't really "go" with the dress. I think it is the two-colors of the shoes that mess it up. But the dress is gorgeous on her.

Its clear Camilla likes it as well, as she has been using it regularly for a few years now.

I think the shoes take off a bit of color actually... it works!

The outfits are far from identical. Love both suits.
 
Don't like Camilla's road kill headwear today, and ruffled blouse. Miss.
 
I'm not a fan of the ruffles on the Duchess's coat/blouse. The look is a bit off for me.

The hat is appropriate.
It looks like it is from a 100 years ago and knowing Camilla doesn't throw things away, it is probably 100 years old or even older.

Camilla wore the coat to the Duchess of Devonshire's funeral. The ruffles on it need to be torn off.
 
:previous: I am not a fan of this year's dress or coat, actually I don't think I have had a really good look at what it is except for the floaty ruffles.

Ah, that's better, a quick look back to the first(?) time she wore it and it looks lovely, however I think it's the hat that balances the look and recycling last year's hat with this coat/dress is definitely a miss. Somehow it looks too heavy and overwhelms the entire ensemble.

I don't think it would be so bad if she worn the same hat she wore to the Dowager Duchess of Devonshire's funeral:

Last year's suit had such strong clean lines it allowed her hat to make a statement. This year's chiffon-type coatdress was just plain swamped by the hat.

You are absolutely correct. Those two suits, although similar in color, are nothing alike in cut and style. Article written by daft idiot.
 
The frilly hat and the ruffles were too much. She shouldn't wear ruffles on the bust, she should keep the lines clean there like she did last year
