Next Tuesday, at 12:30 a.m., Infanta Elena will inaugurate in the Prado museum the exhibition "The Palace of the Planet King, Felipe IV, in the Good Retirement", an exhibition that recreates in 61 paintings the great artistic wealth of the Palace of the Good Retirement, which got to be the best European gallery of contemporary art in the XVI century.

Yes, I think you are right. It looks like Elena and Jaime have fought to keep their marriage alive and have succeeded

Elena looks really happy nowadays. I'm really glad for them and especially for Froilan and victoria Federica who are both still young and need both parents. A divorce is always very difficult on the children.

This afternoon, in the National Contest of Leaps ´C´
The infanta Elena participates in the horse Show of San Segundo

The infant Elena will participate today in the VI horse Show of San Segundo, in which they will participate more than 70 binomials. In this contest, of category ´C´, tests for the modalities of promotion of the groups will be disputed V, VI and III, of the one that forms part the infant. The contest, that will develop in the Equine Trail of San Segundo at 12 o'clock and at 17 o'clock hours -the infant competes al final of the day in the group III-, he counts on the sponsorship of the City Hall of Ávila and the contribution of the Provincial Delegation.
As news, this year this contest will include cottages of bets in order to attracting to more public.

She does look more relaxed when they're together. I hope that their marrriage, which has faced some difficult times, is now stronger because of them. I find Infanta Elena to be one of my favorites in the Spanish Royal Family.

The infanta Elena withdrew of the test of the horse Show

The infanta Elena, during the test The infanta Elena of Bourbon withdrew Friday of the competition in the last obstacle in the test of the group III of the National horse Show of Leaps ´C´ of San Second, that this weekend in the Equine Trail of the of Avila capital is disputed.

As it explained one of the organizers of the contest, Enrique Falcó, the infanta decided to abandon the test before jumping the last one obtáculo, after to have knocked down another in the course of the same one. This it is the second time that the daughter of the King participates in a competition in Ávila, since did it for the first time in the year 2002.
In spite of being Friday, a day in which the horse shows do not they be used to having a great affluence of public, they were many of Avila that approached to witness the tests. Nevertheless, the participation in the cottages of bet was "quite limp", according to Falcó, who expected that in the day on Saturday respond more public to the trail.
In this contest, of the category ‘C', they participate more than 70 binomials. In it tests for the modalities of promotion of the groups are disputed V, I SAW and III, of the one that forms part the infant.

Dukes of Lugo inaugurate Center for disabled intellectual
The dukes of Lugo inaugurated today the Complex of Persons' Integral Attention for disabled intellectual in Vélez Rubio (Almeria).
The Infanta Elena accompanied of her husband, Jaime de Marichalar, received of the Association of Parents, Relatives and Friends of Persons with intellectual disability (APAFA) ' The Peñica of Gold ', badge with which the work is recognized in favor of this group.
The center has a surface of 10.000 square meters and has a residence for the persons' internment that there need a more extensive attention, a unit of diurnal stays, an adults' residence and an occupational center.
In whole Chirivel, Oria will give service to approximately 80 persons with intellectual disability of the municipalities almerienses of Vélez Rubio, Vélez Blanco, Maria, and Paternal.

I think that Elena's problem is she has very curly and thick hair. Apart from cutting them there isn't much she can do with them because they are far too long to be left floating in the air. And it seems like she dosen't want to cut her hair

Well, I would say there's nothing that a good hairdresser (and lots of money) can't do... I agree that Elena should trust her hair in the hands of a good professional and change that tress braid for a while...
