I don't know how Queen Noor earing look like but I think there is a possibility those earing are a gift from the Queen to her daughter in law.

Yes and it´s normal. Queen Noor has also loaned jewells to Princess Noor Asem and Princess Raiyah.

There are made of silver and coral.
