:previous: Cute to see Louise taking her younger cousins out for a ride, Savannah and Isla seem to share their family's love for horses.

Are the family staying at Windsor now ready for Easter? I wouldn't have thought the children were due to school (it's not the holidays yet), though they could always visit for the weekend.

It is the weekend so probably just a weekend visit to Granny's and great-granny's. It is about 90 minutes driving time from Gatcombe Park to Windsor Castle so not far. Louise lives at Windsor anyway - or in Windsor Great Park at Bagshot.

Nice to see the girls together. Louise and James in an unique position, showcases most drastically when they were in the photo with the queen and her great-grandkids. She is closer in age to her cousins' kids then to her cousins for the most part. Even more so for James.

Seems likely they are there to celebrate Edward's birthday.

Are they back to living at Gatcombe? I thought the couple was living in London last time I read but that was a few years back.

What cute photos and so sweet to see Louise being able to show her skills to her younger family members. I’m sure Savannah and Isla looks up to Louise like most younger cousins do. The Phillips family are often seen with the Wessex family st the Royal Windsor Horse Show and last year they all watched Louise carriage ride. I imagine that’s due to Edward being closer in age to his nephew than he is to his again two older siblings. I believe peter also stayed at Edward’s house before his wedding and peter went to Edward’s stag do.

I think the Phillips family still live at Gatcombe. They were probably just visiting for the weekend and it happened to coincide with Edward’s birthday.

Thank you all. There for Edward's birthday would make sense; IIRC the Phillips's are friendly with the Wessexes so it would be natural for them to celebrate Edward's birthday with his family.
