I love Victoria's look. The dress is similar to the one she wore at Nicholas' christening. Her shoes - the floral print makes the look pop in my opinion.

Johan T Lindwall interviewed Victoria in Lima and of course asked comments about the pregnancy and Sofia's pregnancy and talked about Nicolas christening.
- It is a journey that is important for both countries and I think we have got a fantastic reception, Victoria said.
Between all program items she has gained a small gap and is allowed to rest. The trip is special. Victoria is pregnant with the couple's second child - birth is scheduled for early March. Now Victoria has been operating since early morning and it is one of the first breaks.
Queen Silvia has recently expressed her concern about travelling pregnant, but the crown princess seems to be taking the situation calmly.
- As long as I feel good, I see no problem with it, says Victoria quickly.

Tell us a bit about the trip.
- We started the morning with meeting students and it is one of the points of the trip. It is part of the development of ties between Peruvian and Swedish students.
It has at times been somewhat chaotic when Victoria and Daniel have shown up. During a visit to H & M's large flagship store in Lima became a while so hysteric that the guards surrounding the couple had to remove the photographers and separate them from everyone who was touched. Victoria seems unmoved, and highlights all positive meetings during the day - including president Ollanta Humala.
- It was an incredibly rewarding and successful meeting. We talked about Sweden and Peru, and we had the opportunity to ask questions about Peru and the enormous development that has taken place in the country. It was of course a lot of infrastructure. Health care. I also wanted to lift the sustainability issues. I feel very proud that Swedish companies take a major responsibility there.
Congratulations, you are becoming an aunt ("faster" = an aunt to brother's child) for the first time. How did you get the news?
- As it is in a family. One hears of themselves to each other.
You must have children almost simultaneously. Will you pull the strollers together?
- They are estimated to April. We are at the beginning of March and that's really close. It obviously feels great.

The day in Lima ended with dinner at the Swedish consulate. Lunch with the president was longer than what the court had planned. But Victoria and Daniel clicked incredibly well with President Ollanta Humala and his wife Nadine. The meeting became therefore two hours, rather than one hour long.

@Lady Finn - I'm surprised to see Victoria taking a glass of champagne. Maybe the pre-natal practices are just different in different countries, but in the US a woman is discouraged in drinking alcohol while pregnant. If this were a US embassy, and a US ambassador as the host, the American media would have criticized Victoria for drinking while pregnant and the ambassador would have been crucified for serving the drink to her.

She took a half fake sip not to make a fuss. Hardly "drinking alcohol". They accidently gave her the wrong glass and instead of makeing a big deal and embarissing the host and the waitor she took a fake sip and continued like a professional. I highly doubt she continued drinking it after that.

If you read the translation, it said that there was a mistake and also to Victoria was brought a glass of champagne, Svensk Damtidning thinks that it was because Victoria's coat hid her baby bump. Victoria didn't want to interrupt the ambassador's toast and ask for another glass of non alcoholic, but made a little sip from her glass and looked Daniel lovingly.

At the court website about the first day. They could have put a photo where Daniel is too.

Svensk Damtidning's reporter writes, that Victoria would have wanted to stay longer at the Cancer Institute with the children. The visit was a success, even greater when Victoria was fishing out a bunch Pippi-books from the purse. The children had been really looking forward to the visit. They had even prepared a nice welcoming song. The Crown Princess couple's visit was a joyful event in the otherwise heavy diseaseful everyday life. There was a slight chaos when the Peruvian media pushed themselves in the children's hospital beds.
- It doesn't feel okay when so many people come as they are so sick, Daniel said after the visit.

I don't think they would say anything that could be taken as "stupid". I would translate what they said as "unfortunate". The tone of voice and way of saying "dum" changes the meaning.

Victoria and Daniel had a meeting headed by Dr. Tatiana Vidaurre Rojas, who presented the results of the implementation of Plan Esperanza and its positive impact on public health and particularly in the care of patients in the INEN.
"We are pleased to have received Princess Victoria with whom we share a presentation of the actions performed in our institution through the Plan Esperanza. We also visited the pediatric ward and Outpatient Chemotherapy area for children. We explained how we interact with patients during their treatment and told about complementary programs we offer: "Sonrinen", a form of psychological support; "Nutrinen" to disseminate issues of healthy nutrition, and "Aprendo contigo", a school within the Institute through which spreads knowledge related to school work".
Princess Victoria interacted with patients and their families. In the classroom they donated books in Spanish and dolls brought from Sweden. After visiting hospitalized children, she participated in the workshop of beauty and self-esteem "Club de la Mama", who presented them their feelings and experiences of battling the disease, and developing an attitude toward life, overcoming their fears to continue with their treatment.
The Head of INEN said that this kind of official visits strengthen the exchange of knowledge and technology between the institution and scientific and academic organizations in Sweden.

Johan T Lindwall writes that both Victoria and Daniel became very touched at their visit to the children's ward.
The seriously ill children, many of them bald at the head due to chemotherapy and radiation, welcomed the couple with singing. Both the Crown Princess and Prince Daniel were notably taken by the moment, but Victoria tried to keep spirits up and talked through an interpreter with several children.
- Hey what's your name? Victoria said when she sat down at one of the children.
- How old are you? What do you like to do?
The children brightened up and Victoria handed over Pippi books in Spanish as presents. After a while at the department both Victoria and Daniel felt that the children needed peace and quiet.
- Let's go. I think we should leave them in peace, the Crown Princess said and took Daniel with her.
Afterwards - in the fresh air - Daniel and Victoria went a little aside. They needed a moment to themselves to deal with the experiences.
Lindwall tells also that Victoria was congratulated during the day of her pregnancy and they got a small porcelain Volvo truck on their visit to Volvo.

Nothing new there, same photos.
But it is noteworthy, because royal news aren´t common in Estonian media. The Duchess of Cambridge is probably the only exception.
