Aktuellt _ Pep Forum 2022 - Generation Pep
Victoria's speech, she said among other things:
"The conditions for living an active and healthy life unfortunately look very different for children and young people in Sweden today.
And this is something that affects their health - in the short and long term. Physically and mentally.
In the Pep report 2022, you can see that there is a clear connection between regular physical activity and mental health. Children and young people who exercise regularly also have less problems with anxiety and depression.
I look forward to hearing more about what we here today can do, together, to create change: So that the path to movement will be as short as possible - for everyone. And so that more children and young people will have the opportunity to feel good in both body and soul."
