Willem-Alexander & Máxima's Official Visit to Brazil: November 19-23, 2012

TRH The Prince of Orange and Princess Máxima will pay an Official Visit to Brazil from november 19th till november 23rd.

The visit to enhance the bond and the economic ties between the two countries.

As they are the Crown Princely couple the visit is an official one ofcourse,not a State Visit.

The official programme of the visit that starts today, November 19, has been published on the Palace's website

- a large number of interesting events in Brasilia, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro we can look forward to!

I am sure that the prince will be asked by the press to comment on the new press release concerning his brothers health. I am not sure why they actually decided to make such an announcement on the first day of this visit.

Brazilian columnist praises the Prince and Princess for being economic. She says they flew on Sunday night on a normal KLM flight from Holland to São Paulo. Then they took a normal commercial Gol (Brazilian company) flight from São Paulo to Brasilia in the Economic Class. Jornal do Brasil - Anna Ramalho - Na Holanda, a coisa é diferente Good for Holland and good for them!

Hello got it completly wrong! As a matter of fact the party was thrown by the Dutch Government celebrating a new business office in São Paulo for potencial Brazilian investors in Holland. The Prince gave a speech saying Brazilian and Dutch have a lot in common and presented the dancers from Aruba (Central American Dutch independent territory ) and the rythym they were dancing was RUMBA !
