In Copenhagem Queen Letizia wore the long sapphire and diamond earrings previously used by Queen Sofia.

The hairstyle was silly for a State Gala during a State visit in a foreign monarchy ,the jewels were all lovely but the overall look was let down by the ponytail.

This year we've seen Queen Mary wearing the Royal Crown Jewels, as well the Emerald and Pearl Poiré Parures for the first time; Queen Camilla debuting the Queen Alexandra's Kokoshnik and Five Aquamarine Tiaras; Sophie wearing the Lotus Flower Tiara and Princess Sofia sparkling in the Aquamarine Kokoshnik Tiara!

We have seen other royals wearing jewels either for the first time or believed to be lost, like Amalia wearing the Mellerio Ruby Tiara, Queen Emma's Diamond Tiara and the Diamond Cut Rose Bandeau, Princess Isabella receiving the Turquoise Daisy Bandeau from Queen Daisy, Queen Mary wearing the Danish Golden Bandeau after almost 200 years or Grand Duchess Stephanie wearing the Belgian Scroll Tiara for the first time!

Queen Mary commenced 2026 on a high note, wearing the large diamond pendants from the Rosenberg collection. If I am not mistaken, Queen Margarethe never used these large pendants.
