Daniel attended today the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation's board meeting.
Usually at this meeting in November the Foundation's board decides which organizations are awarded grants.

Generation Pep published photos from the Pep Forum:
Wow what a Pep Forum!
This year's Pep Forum started, and it was our most well-attended ever with over 1,500 people digitally and over 560 physically on site.
This year's theme was screen time, and it was undoubtedly a topic that raises many questions and thoughts.
With the help of our fantastic speakers and experts, we hope that everyone left the Pep Forum a little wiser. We will of course continue to raise the issue of screen time and above all the importance of finding a balance so that children and young people still have time for movement during the day

Generation Pep published yesterday a Lecture on the Convention on the Rights of the Child linked to physical activity and healthy food, presented by project manager Lydia Ersberg.

Generation Pep's operations manager, Olympic and World champion Carolina Klüft is one of the participants at the new season of "Let's Dance" (Swedish version of Strictly Come Dancing). She has been asked to participate before. It was not obvious to say yes this time either, but now the timing was right unlike before.
– This is something completely different. It cannot be compared to anything else. It will bring a lot of challenges, but it will be fun, she says.
In 2023, she was one of the participants in “Masked Singer Sweden”.
Carolina likes to dance at parties and was a cheerleader for the Växjö Lakers sometime in the late 90s.

Daniel attended today Generation Pep's board meeting.
Last week on January 31 Generation Pep had its eight Up and Jump, Sweden! -day.

Generation Pep tells:
New AI solution inspires a healthier everyday life for children and young people
The health of children and young people is more important than ever, and now parents get a new digital tool to promote healthy habits in the family. Pep-hjältebotten, an AI-powered health inspirer, offers concrete and encouraging tips on movement, diet and screen time – all based on scientifically based facts and Swedish recommendations and guidelines.
All advice from Pep-hjältebotten is based on facts and recommendations from Generation Pep, the Swedish Food Agency, the Public Health Agency, 1177 and other credible sources in Generation Pep's network. The tool is created to support and motivate rather than to blame.

Generation Pep's operations manager Carolina Klüft tells about Pep-hjältebotten:

Timrå IK's Teamsters operations are being awarded SEK 300,000 by the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation.
– It's a seal of quality, says Annelie Nordin, operations manager.

Nästa Generation Sverige (Next Generation Sweden) strives to reduce the exclusion of young people in vulnerable areas.
Next Generation Sweden was founded by lawyer Evin Cetin and Caroline Berg, CEO of Axel Johnson, with the aim of reducing the exclusion that currently exists in Sweden's vulnerable areas. The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation supports the initiative with knowledge and networks, among other things. Contributing to reduced exclusion and increased inclusion for children and young people are issues that are in line with the objectives of the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation.

Victoria and Daniel hosted the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation's dinner for people in their network at Haga Palace on March 26:

Fritidsbanken's operations manager David Mathiasson participated yesterday at the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation's spring party at Haga Palace. There he had the opportunity to talk about Fritidsbanken's development and future and the difference the leisure banks' talented staff make to society.

HW founder Susan Dahlbeck was invited to dinner by the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation at Haga Palace. It was great to meet the Crown Princess Couple and hear about their initiatives and commitment!

More from the dinner, Cemil Karahan from Området IF, which gets support from the Foundation, posted to his Instagram:
A big thank you to The Crown Princess Couple's Foundation for a memorable evening and for their continued support of our homework help activities.

From the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation's dinner on March 26:
Vaksala SK was invited to a private dinner at Haga Palace by HRH Crown Princess Victoria and HRH Prince Daniel
- an evening I will never forget! I was so proud to represent Vaksala SK that my suit almost burst, says association developer Andy about the unique evening in the Crown Princess Couple's residence.
Those of you who follow us have been able to read that the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation supports our activities
- when the personal dinner invitation arrived in the mail, my pulse rose by a beat for every word I read in it I would get to tell about our dear Vaksala SK and the good work we do in the association to a specially invited group of people with connections to the foundation. I would get the chance to talk about Vaksala SK in Haga Palace itself. It's big and it's important to do well, Andy continues.
It was a late and unforgettable evening for our club developer.

The visit is part of the work of The Crown Princess Couple’s Foundation, which supports initiatives that promote the health and future of children and young people.

Victoria and Daniel hosted their annual lunch to Generation Pep and its partners and ambassadors at Haga Palace on May 13.
"Another fantastically enjoyable lunch with this lovely host couple HRH Crown Princess Victoria and HRH Prince Daniel together with the best @gen.pep
Thank you for everything good and important you do"

"Today, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel invited us, the ambassadors of Generation Pep, to lunch at Haga Palace.
We talked about young people's health – both mental and physical. It's a topic I'm really passionate about, because I know what it's like to not always feel good, and how much the right support, routines and movement can make a difference. Feeling good is not about perfect days, but about creating balance and daring to talk about how you really feel.
Grateful to be part of this important work – and thank you to Victoria and Daniel for your strong commitment to the next generation!"

"A day worth remembering"

The guests about the lunch at Haga Palace:
Vivi Wallin admitted to a small mistake around the dinner table...:
- I only said "du" once and it was to Prince Daniel.
And confirmed that Victoria is just as lovely behind the scenes as you might have suspected: Crown Princess Victoria is exactly as warm, nice and natural as you think.
The couple Fanny Ahlfors and Patrik Widell have been ambassadors for a while, and have been invited to Haga before - but this time it seems Fanny has made a new friend during the royal lunch. In a video on TikTok, she says:
- I think I've made a new friend at the palace. Rio! It's their dog. It's so cute, mini-small and furry! (..)

Here is a lovely photo of Generation Pep's Pep Ambassador Ida Johansson with Victoria and Daniel at the lunch at Haga Palace on May 13.
Glada Hudik-teatern writes:
"A Prince, A Princess and ACrown Princess ❤️❤️❤️
Ida has been to dinner at Haga Palace!❤️ She is an Ambassador of @gen.pep"

Ida Johansson has been a member of Glada Hudik Theatre for a long time, a theater group with developmentally impaired and normal-impaired actors.

Victoria and Daniel visited today young people and leaders at Lebi Skol-IF in Södertälje.
When Victoria and Daniel visited the Fornbacka School sports hall on Tuesday, it was to meet youth leaders and children in Lebi Skol-IF – one of 15 Swedish organizations and initiatives that the Crown Princess Couple's Foundation has chosen to support in 2025 to combat exclusion and promote good health for children and young people. Lebi lowers the thresholds for active and meaningful leisure time by offering free club sports after school hours for children in Södertälje.

Daniel said:
- I really grew up with this. The sport and the non-profit. It means an incredible amount. It has been a privilege to grow up with it.
He specifically highlights the importance of creating a context for boys and young men – regardless of background.
Lebi Skol-IF works to make organized sports more accessible to children in socio-economically disadvantaged areas in Södertälje, something that engages Daniel for several reasons.
– Sports are very good at bringing people from different backgrounds on board. If there is anywhere that integration has worked, it is really in sports. It is an important part of our society, to keep our society together. It is partly that children and young people get to move, but also that they create community.

Generation Pep's operations manager Carolina Klüft: We work to ensure that children and young people have the opportunity to be physically active and eat healthily. So that they get what they are entitled to: The best possible health to be able to live long, happy, wonderful years ahead and look forward to a wonderful time in life. And not end up getting poor health from the start.
What is it like to work with Prince Daniel and Crown Princess Victoria?
– Yes, Crown Princess Victoria is also involved to some extent. Prince Daniel is a little more involved in different parts that we do. (..)

Former athletics stars Carolina and Patrik Klüft are filing for divorce. The couple, who have been married since 2007, chose to separate some time ago.
"It is a mutual decision and we separated last winter. We are friends and feel no need for further statements as it is a private matter," Carolina Klüft writes to Expressen.

Generation Pep's operations manager Carolina Klüft presented the Pep Report 2025 to Victoria and Daniel on Wednesday. This year's report was produced together with Special Olympics Sweden and focuses on children with intellectual disabilities.

This year, there is a special report that focuses on a group of children, children with intellectual disabilities.
This year's Pep Report highlights an often invisible group: children with intellectual disabilities (ID). For the first time, Generation Pep, together with Special Olympics Sweden, has collected self-reported health data from children and young people with ID - to understand their lifestyles and identify barriers to physical activity, good eating habits and health.
The report shows that children with ID face greater and more obstacles than other children:
Only 1 in 10 reaches the recommendation of 60 minutes of daily physical activity.
Only 5 percent eat according to the dietary advice for vegetables, fruit and fish.
Half have more than three hours of screen time per day.
8 out of 10 experience obstacles to being active in their free time - even though many want to participate.
