The Princess of Wales's Eveningwear Part 2: July 2025 -

I think updo + tiara give her headache and she can't be bothered now. I wish the Swedish RF's hairdresser(s) could help Catherine's! Or even the Dutch !

Beautiful dress. I think the look will be more successful with a soft updo and a smaller less grand tiara.

I think she looks lovely! I know I'm in the minority here, but I don't see anything wrong with the loose (but perfectly coiffed!) hairstyle with the tiara, its very young and modern. Go Catherine!

It will be way perfect for her to sport the Cartier Halo Tiara. Therefore it will be cohesive with the whole appearance.

I think the dress is too much for a state banquet - it reminds me of her gold dress for James Bond premiere. And it is by the same designer Jenny Packham

I think the dress looks beautiful. (I wonder if the cape effect could be removed to create a different look in future?)
I'm also getting a bit bored of seeing capes on the royal ladies. Thank goodness Amalia seems to have lost interest in pairing a cape with a nightgown. Catherine’s gown without the cape or simply with her arms showing would have been perfect too.

I’m now imagining the dress with a longer, fitted sleeve minus the cape ( to add to the medieval vibe many here have noted).

I like the color of the dress. The flowing long “sleeves” or cape, I do not care for, nor do I care for the neckline. With all the sequences there is too much going on. (..)
