The Princess of Wales's Daytime Fashion Part 3: July 2023 -

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
Catherine always manages to balance everything just on point.

Is this outfit a replica of the white outfit worn at the Christmas Carol concert in 2023, the white trousers and long white coat. It seems a similar style, which is what Catherine does, the same outfit in different colours. If it works for her then duplicate it.

That’s a great spot you could well be right.

Clothing wise, everything worn to yesterday's event had been previously worn before.

The Princess of Wales has an excellent style team who do a fantastic job and they rarely miss the mark.
They or maybe it is Catherine herself always appear to find the right level for the occasion, even low key it doesn’t come over as too casual or thrown together. Then of course the glamour. Top notch.

Has this dress been repeated from a few years ago or is it a new dress?

It appears to be repeat from the autumn of 2021.

I believe this pattern is known as "Prince of Wales" check.

Actually quite different from that pattern.

I like the dress but not so much with the cream coat.
(Although the photo may not be a true representation of the colour). See second pic.
It is refreshing to see a lighter coloured outfit on a royal during winter.

The coat is a repeat from a previous visit to Wales

I just visualise somebody sitting at a laptop updating the spreadsheet with outfits , when worn with which accessories at what event. When it was cleaned and pressed, if it was adjusted. If it is on loan, or purchased outright. The designer or high street, maybe even photographs taken at each event attached. I would love that job.

And you would do it so well!

The ongoing discussion about renting clothes has been removed as it no longer had anything to do with the Princess of Wales‘ current fashion choices. A couple of other posts have been moved to the „Old Fashion Discussion Part 3“ thread.

Catherine looks really lovely and especially the brown jacket!

I don't really like the black/brown combination. Too drab.
Also, for an event like this, with young children, a brighter color like red would be more attractive, imo.

Love the blazer but not so much with the black jumper and jacket.

I think with young children dark was a good choice. No finger marks.

That's an outfit that is saying concentrate on my charity/work and the engagement more than my clothes.
A very astute remark. She has never been a ‘clothes horse’. Her business/working wardrobe for most engagements is similarly straightforward and practical.

Plus the Princess has been reusing previously worn outfits and coats at her more recent engagements.
