Detailed explainer about why PH lost the RAVEC case:
In a matter of days, the deadline will pass for Harry to try one last go, at the Supreme Court.

"What about his complaints about reckless paparazzi following his vehicle? Did he not have a case there? In a word, no. Ravec's job was to protect VIPs from people with "hostile intent", not photographers breaching his privacy.
The High Court ultimately described some of his submissions as having a "distinct air of unreality". This is wording judges use when they have been really unimpressed with what they have heard - but don't want to sound rude."
From the article what draws my attention are these lines and PH quotes:
"I was born into this position...
At his first court hearing, in 2023, the prince said the UK was a place where he wanted his children "to feel at home" - but argued that can't happen "if it's not possible to keep them safe".
After losing his appeal, he said he "[couldn't] see a world in which I would be bringing my wife and children back to the UK".
What I take from it
1. his sense of entitlement and lack of comprehension how security works toward the Royal Family and even toward any elected UK public officer.
2. He uses the singular to refer on his feelings that he wanted the children to be raised in the UK. The pronoun '
we' and '
his children', and in both parents, seems to be missing from the equation.
I'm afraid he has a disconnect with his reality that goes beyond this case in the UK court system that is still catching headlines. As in disconnect with the reality Meghan is the head of the family, the one we see making every effort to find how to make a profitable business idea to land and to be based in the USA, specifically within the Hollywood Celebrity community.
3. The current population of United Kingdom is
69,508,905 as of May 24, 2025 per
Statistics Times and some of them are here with us at the RFs. They are also bringing up families in the UK and feel quite at home, and hopefully safe. Harry describes his situation as a very individual thing, where the world around him while at the UK, is a dangerous one for his family to be in.
I have a feeling he has gone to a point of no return, as he walks on a residential area street with hired body guards, ringing strangers' doors to look out for a friend that is just a cellphone and a Google Map call away. As with life, the solution is
right on his hands and he still can't comprehend it.
Let's hope the case is dropped and he returns to his home in Montecito to relax and enjoy a nice fruit plate presentation done by his wife. And to chow it down with Napa Valley wine as he gets those UK Courts out of his head.
