Yes, so while there is officially one more route he can go, it is clearly a dead end. Harry said after the lawsuits that people should have told him in advance that it wasn’t viable, so hopefully this time he doesn’t waist time nor money on a dead end.

I see two cases running in here, one in court and a back up in Harry's head. His obsession of not letting this go is going to end up in appeal.

When a court makes the final decision the plaintiff has to acknowledge the reason for this decision to run against his claim was his side did not present sufficient evidence to, as the expression says, to hold in court. He just won't let this go and accept to view it from the court's side and to understand on why they arrived to their decision.

I got this feeling he will attach to his claim to the bitter end instead of what any other plaintiff would do, see what part of the claim made you lose in court and discuss in private with the team of lawyers that drained his bank accounts on this case.

I'm not familiar with the UK judicial system, and I assume by association is similar in Canada, New Zeeland and Australia and if they have access to mediators prior to the case is taken and paid by public funds. For example, in the USA the lawyer mediator steps in when the stubborn client(s) insist taking the case to court when the prosecution team (also known as the State and the People's) sees it is not worth taking it. That it will be a waste of public resources and both parties should settle or drop it. On TV the most famous mediator is Judge Judy, a retired judge whose 'court' actually serves as a mediator to the real courts and doubles as a legal classroom.

Prince Harry needs a tough talking Judge Judy in his life to make him stop obsessing and move on after his loss. No, wait, he does have a Judge Judy to give him a tough talk: his dad and reality.

Given the judgment in Harry's case states that it could not be said that Harry's "sense of grievance translated into a legal argument for the challenge to Ravec decision” it is unlikely that the case would go to the Supreme Court for appeal IMO. It has been dismissed by one court, lost on appeal to a second, sending it to the highest court in the land is unlikely.

The Supreme Court states about the cases it hears:

A case will usually come on appeal to theUKSC from the lower courts. A panel of three Justices consider written applications to decide if a case raises an arguable point of law of general public importance (occasionally these decisions are made following an oral hearing).

The judgement on the first appeal says there is no arguable legal case which makes it unlikely that it would go to the Supreme Court, as its not arguing a point of law as such as a judge has found is a case without legal basis in the first place. Likewise it is a point of law of "general public importance" as it is a case that purely affects Harry and his family not a wide group of others within the UK population.

Re the Team - now that's good news so Meghan, who is the boss in Montecito, can delegate and possibly listen to advice of people more experienced to run a for-profit-but-still-not-profit-in-that-tax-form enterprise. Will she listen? I always hope for the best.

Re the six figure salary - well, there goes the Netflix money and I hope the team has something to show this time around. A six figure salary in the USA is really not much after taxes. No idea if its $100,000.00 or $999,000.00 but each has to produce back for Meghan more than the salary she will pay them.

Will they go to a ' friends ' house to film it. We already had snippets during the netflix documentary, when they filmed themselves somewhere. There were claims in the media before that came out that they were filming a reality show and it was denied but they did film themselves. remember the ' Beyonce' text and that is ' your brother ' moment.
Everything reeks of desperation, but give Meghan her due she does garner attention, by the way how many more 'rare' glimpses of the children do we get before the glimpses are no longer rare.

IMO it's another staged photo for PR effect.... The suits are new brand, no stains, no signs that it was used. And why only one hive? In such huge garden as they have there's definitely place for more hives.... And I will refrain myself from commenting on different toddler's height ... I find that unfortunate because I often ask myself, who really contributes to the wealth of a country? Certainly not some influencers. Apparently, there are more 'executive summits' to follow in which people gather from all over the place to talk about sustainable travel.

I don't find any of this very helpful. Choose direct flights so that you're not wasting energy landing and taking off again. Do they think people choose indirect flights if they don't have to? I hate having to change. I always get in a complete panic that I'm going to miss the connection and that my luggage will get left at the changeover airport. But there simply are no direct flights between some places. Fly economy class. I'd love to be rich enough to have the option of *not* flying economy class !!

The advice to consider the environment when deciding to fly directly or indirectly (if you have an option), is relevant imho. On long distance flights, it is quite often is cheaper to fly indirectly than directly. So, those looking for the cheapest option might be willing to change flights to save money. So, encouraging travelers to include not only price and time/hassle but also the impact on the environment into consideration is worthwhile. However, I am not sure Travalyst is reaching lots of people...

When traveling by plane the main goal on the search is to know the time the plane gets from point A to destination point B. Then followed by seat arrangements and if there's a need of a scale stop in between to calculate pick up plans upon arrival to get from airport to location. After the trip is done it's rinse and repeat in reverse.

C02 emissions are the last thing in anyone's mind unless you are that kind-of-people, as in the difficult traveler with a messianic complex who sits next to you, sees your plate and tells you should eat more vegetables.

Will planes that release carbon emissions be stopped from flying because Harry and Meg are environmentally conscious? Do they arrive at airports in gas fueled cars and tell the Uber "you should save money and buy electric so you can help us with the world's climate crisis"?

In the USA we all go to an emissions checks in our cars, I assume also mandatory for any fuel operated ground or air transportation. But with Harry and Meg, is not about the action to have people rebel against C02 and climate change but about, like everyone these days in Hollywood, to be branded as climate activist warriors.

Good for them and their resume, but unless they print and use Montecito cyber dollars to book our trip in a plane with gossamer wings, don't tell me where to spent more money to please them. And neither tell me to "eat more vegetables because they are good for you" if I don't want to.

I always find this annoying from him, simply because it very much has a “do as I say, not as I do” vibe to it. Let me know when Prince Harry is flying the economy seats with the least legroom and I’ll maybe consider that he’s putting his own comfort on the line. But don’t guilt others for selecting comfortable commercial seats when you’re posting about it from the cabin of a private jet.
