Don't know if it's the light but the top and bottom seem to be of different materials. Both same color (coffee caramel?) but the blouse being muted with pants have an iridescence shine.

Such dress is completely wrong for Meghan's body shape. And as usual she put too much her face and "forget" about her legs. And why she's wearing high heels while others have more appropriate shoes? To look taller perhaps?I find it shapeless.
It is but I think that it doesn’t suit her and that the fabric doesn’t suit the shape of the dress.It’s okay for the occasion.
